"Recently bought a Luxury Air Bed King and received it last Thursday 21/07/2022 - order AE-UK-50451 The package looks weared down and teared, with tape all over it, it looks like a reconditioned product. Only way to reach out to the Customer Care team is through one address email, which I did promptly that day - I have followed up this email several times now, and am yet waiting for a response. UPDATE: received a reply on Wednesday 27, so almost a week after my initial message. Concerning the product, it looks fine overall - only the raised pillow is proving to be more of an annoyance than a plus."
