“Byway were fantastic! They tailored our holiday to our budget and priority, and through WhatsApp were with us every step of the way. On our return journey, Paris Gare Du Nord had completely shut-down, no trains. While everyone was upset and panicking, ByWay were with us contacting EuroStar, SNCF and hotels. They managed to book a last-minute hotel room, which luckily we didnt need as we managed to get the last train home - and they covered the cost!! ByWay were very honest about what they knew and didnt know about areas of interest. We usually organise our own holidays, so it was strange to put our trust in someone else. However ByWay totally earned that trust and more some. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!”

“I have read over a lot of the reviews about Paramount cruises and I am so disappointed When I say I am disappointed I mean with the negative comments . I would normally book all my holiday separately as to keep price down but with my wife’s 65 th birthday coming up. I decided to book with Paramount Did I make the right choice YES everything I asked for was adhered to and they bent over backwards to help us. How can anyone have a negative comment to make about Paramount I found it cheaper booking through them than it was booking separately We flew from Dublin and the price was the same as advertised. We tried booking with another company but once we said we wanted to fly from Dublin they wanted the full asking price and would not take a deposit needless to say we did not book with them . Paramount are a great company to travel with and I highly recommend them when you speak with them on the phone they are strangers but at the end of the call you are best friends. For anyone looking at these reviews make your own mind up . Remember in every bunch of roses there is always a few Thorns . We are cruising with them next Year and we cannot wait”

“Absolutely fantastic service if you need a visa or passport quickly. Staff are very knowledgeable on all sorts of matters to do with applications for all countries. They are able to courier your passport to you quickly or post it to you. Honestly the best visa company I have ever used as it's a small firm and you get a really personal service. I was able to track my passport just by calling them and got it back even sooner than expected. Can highly recommend this company over any other I have used in the past. Will definitely be using them again!”

“Read the reviews and was a little apprehensive after spending £30 on 2 kids and 2 adults... Wow... the place is insane, it was spotlessly clean, there were numerous members of staff around at all times. The play equipments was huge, spacious and had so many entrances and exits of all varieties, my kids found something new on every adventure in ! There were slides, nets, steps, ladders, race track, ball pits, and triple it all ! The toddler area was also one of the biggest i have come across ! I cant comment on the cafe as we only had drinks as we ate elsewhere afterwards. My girls were exhausted after Dinatropolis, i would highly reccommend it, we travelled to Bluewater from Bognor and was the perfect pitstop for our day of shopping to keep the kids happy.”
