The store staff seem to be powerless against the inadequate processes that are in place, with the management they phone not being any more useful. They do not honour discounted prices displayed in store. They do not offer returns in store. I will not be shopping here again."

The DLX range is excellent and I need warm and waterproof gear training in outdoor locations. I also purchased a rucksack recently to carry equipment and it fits the bill perfectly. The manager Don Campbell is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and is the go to guy for any questions you may have. Great service, great staff and great prices too! 5 Stars."
