It was low on storage and they suggested for me to get a new SSD and I also asked if they do a case change for a new aesthetic. We talked a few times and arranged a date for me to drop off my pc. I was informed throughout the whole time with their ticketing service and even got picture updates of my repair. It was done within a day and it was the perfect handoff. I really highly recommend these guys and will be coming back for more upgrades in the future!”
