“It's been really a positive experience with Sunny BK. I have done wardrobes for a couple of rooms, a study room set up & a staircase wardrobe. Lucky from Sunny BK has explained all possible options we had & came up with a design based on our choices. He has accommodated the earliest possible date for fitting, and the fitters turned up on the date as agreed. The fitters were very professional & completed the jobs with minimal or no disturbance/noises. The outcome was great with clean work & good quality materials. I cannot speak on their tailor as I have not used it, but the salon is very clean and has a lovely environment. I initially first visited for a waxing appointment, but saw they offer a wide and ever expanding range of treatments at unbeatable prices. The salon quickly earned my loyalty as the beauty therapists are all so professional, attentive, and thorough. I don’t even have a lady in particular whom I book with as all the staff are so warm and expert. “This place I visited was amazing. Nyra was so cool. She really helped me to choose colour for my hair, I can never trust no one else for my treatment. I have acne issues and she treats it and if we talk about being kind, no on is better than her. She is always so friendly and helpful. There are so many services available there, acne, hair, lashes , massage, henna, bridal makeup , manicure and padicure etc. I will recommend this place to all my lovely ladies . Do visit and enjoy all the treatments here.”

“Great food and bubble tea. The Shan Shui dumplings were a delight, they have different coloured skins, for example the pink colour from beetroot juice. Tempting spin on eggs Benedict, which comes with roast duck. They carefully asked about allergies which was a good sign they cared. They were a little understaffed so weren't able to open the section with the view, other that the food and service was great, it will be my go to place at Terminal 2!”

We had the chilli Mogo, veg Manchurian with gravy, Chennai special Rasam, and two Mumbai Thalis between 3 of us and that filled us up nicely without feeling awful after. “I've been getting my hair, nails and eyelash extensions here for a while now and haven't been let down. They girls know what they're doing. Sometimes manners may not be visable and could come across rude but that's not intended. Offered coffee, tea and water. Eye lashes are amazing, almost 3 weeks and they still looked good. Hair, never been let down. Nails, great ideas with great products used. This salon constantly uses good products and take their time to make sure it's done as expected and worth your money. Give it a go!!”

“I come here very often and I always do waxing with Rosie. She is the best one I have had for my waxing. She does a very good and very quick job. Some of the staff doesn’t speak much English but they understand and are very friendly. I love that most of the times you can walk in and have the treatment done straight away without waiting. Very good lighting and clean which is also key for a good job. Love it.”

Katy also trimmed and reshaped my hair and I was very happy with the finish, and I have particularly high standards with my hair, having been to salons all over London, I was very happy. “The barber shop is very easy to get to and find, for people using public transport you can get off at Hounslow East bus or train station where it is a 2/3 minute walk to the shop. The service was great and they really know how to cut hair(of all types)☺!”

“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”
