“Donna cut my hair, my first cut since the lockdown. I felt fantastic and can't thank her and Lynn enough for fitting me in at shirt notice. The salon was spotless. The new system was easy and comfortable for anyone who is apprehensive of the new normal. Masks are worn for the duration in the salon. Donna cleaned the whole area from sink/chairs and finally the chair and area that I sat In whilst having my hair cut. Was lovely to feel human again. Please support the local businesses, the girls have worked hard to make it as safe for their customers as they can and this was very appreciated. “The staff here are so amazing I had to give them a good review. I work for a small mammals vet practice so reptiles are not our speciality. Two terrapins were dumped at our practice and we had no facilities to care for them. We needed to urgently find them a safe place to stay. We called a few places with no success, but then we called these guys and they were more than happy to help. When I got to the shop it was packed. They're clearly a very busy place but they still found the time to help rescue some strays in need. I spoke to some customers while I was there and they spoke very highly of the staff that worked there and I can see why.”

“If you want a bit more than a quick haircut/shave then this is the place to come. They take their time, hot towels, massage etc. Also the price was really reasonable and they were very friendly. Will definitely return.”

“I had just bought a second hand car from a main dealers and was told that all of the car had been checked and the are no problems but they had to fit two new rear tyres because I had heard a noise from the back of they car when test driving the car. It turns out that the dealership had serviced the car from new and fitted new tyres before because of uneven wear on the rear of the vehicle so I decided to take it to Elite after a recommendation from a friend and the found that the tracking of the rear of the vehicle was set wrongly and the front was also out after they corrected adjustment the car drove so much better. My point being if a main dealership didn't spot the problem and Elite did then that must say that you need a specialist in that field to get things right! and Elite did that for me. So I'm very had with the outcome and I was kept informed of what they found before they went ahead with the work and the price it would cost.”

I was given a competitive quote and was stunned when I was told they could be collected the next day. Lee was superb and provided me with a tracking code so I could see where the delivery was. The driver was amazing and they were delivered to me by lunchtime the next day (earlier than expected). Thank you so much. Would I use them again? Hell yes I would. Well done all at FF!”
