“We got sushi and some other food. Ordered over £100 at about 6 and the food came by 6.30, incredibly fast! Everything was very good to eat, enjoyed it so so much. Would certainly recommend.”

“Absolutely fantastic food and even better hospitality. As soon as we entered we felt welcome. We had a jug of passion fruit juice which was nice, if a bit sweet. For starters we had the nundu and the mogo. The mogo had a nice flavour and was a good consistency. The nundu was absolutely fantastic and I really recommend it. Traditionally it's just beef fat, however, as the server explained, you can't serve grilled fat on its own in the UK, so it had beef with it. It was so full of flavour and seasoned perfectly. For mains we had sukama wiki with ugali and charsi lamb curry with naan. The sukama had a lovely flavour and went well with the ugali. I tried the curry with the ugali and it didn't go as well. The curry was spicy but really rich. We had some karak chai to finish the meal and packed up everything we didn't eat. Our server was great - very friendly and knowledgeable - and I got the feel from the restaurant that they love serving people and making people happy with their food.”

“Having a little shop in Chelsea means we get to be right next too, and to sometimes try a few exclusive or fancier restaurants which of course is lovely, but too indicate just how good this place is we both hands down prefer coming to Shemuls on the night before we go away on holiday or at the end of a busy month. Their food is unbelievably delicious and the simple stripped back decor means you get to focus most on what you came for - beautiful food and a nice chilled conversation. 100% the Goan fish curry for the win, it’s so good”

“Celebrated my dads 70th birthday here. The food was on point, hot, flavoursome and very tasty. The portion sizes are generous and the service is also very good. I will be returning in the future and would definitely recommend to others. Special mention to he lollipop chicken which is delicious!”

“I visited My Thai recently on a friend’s recommendation and I must say the place undoubtedly surpassed all my expectations. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival, all COVID protocols were followed with due diligence, the staffs were attentive & friendly and the food was heavenly. The very first bite took me straight to the streets of Bangkok, the food is authentically Thai - a perfect balance of flavours, spiciness and tanginess to tease, tickle and satiate your taste buds!! Also, a pleasant surprise in the menu - they serve the juiciest and most succulent lamb chops in the town, definitely a must try! Highly Recommended!!”

I started with their hot & sour soup which was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. For my entree, I ordered the vegetable stir fry and it was cooked to perfection - the veggies were crisp and the sauce was delicious. What stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience exceptional. “Picked up an order last night. Even on takeout the staff were extremely attentive. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE. Ordered a massala and rice and honestly it's probably going to be my next three meals. Food is very highly flavored. Wouldn't recommend if you're on a diet. Lots of ghee used. But that just made it better.”

“We have been a couple of times specifically to eat pizza there (we have visited that cafe in general many times) and I highly recommend it! The pizza is absolutely delicious!! We had the margherita, the pepperoni pizza, the vegeratian pizza and all were simply scrumptious! The pizzas are NOT oily, fully of flavour, freshly made to order using very fresh ingredients. They have lovely outdoor seating at the back which has 3 bench type tables and some two seater tables. Really cosy and nice there. The staff are friendly and always at hand to help. :)”
