“We have only been with Razzamataz for one week but I have to say that from the first phone call to the first class, everyone has been fantastic. The communication has been amazing and the staff are wonderful. Elsie absolutely loved her first class and cannot wait for the next one. “The people here were absolute superstars! I was halfway through a 100 mile journey when an oil light came on in the car... Even though having no appointment and turning up somewhat frazzled, I was seen and sorted and back on the road within an hour and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. A comprehensive meet and greet before our holiday allowed us to completely relax in the knowledge our cat and home would be looked after professionally and with care. Angela looked after our cat for 10 days, with twice daily visits. We had photo updates via WhatsApp everyday and Angela returned our keys personally the day after we arrived home. Absolutely the best cat sitter we have ever employed. Would not hesitate to recommend For Paws. We will certainly be using For Paws again. Thanks Angela!”

“Upgraded to executive room, the bed was really massive, newly refurbished, bigger flat screen, room is very clean. Unfortunately I was too tired to try out the pool. Will definitely be back. Only negative 4 me was that parking was not free , I was told because I made my booking thur booking dot Com.”

“If there were more stars here, I would tick them all! Neal is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his work and probably one of THE best in his profession. He cleaned/sparkled the back patio and front driveway and all around the house, using pressure washing/steam method. After the clean it looked like the patios were newly done. Simply AMAZING. I am so delighted with the work. He did a manual clean of our roof with biocide treatment. I chose the manual method but he has various techniques to clean the roof. He also did the gutter cleaning, fascia and soft fit external clean and window cleaning. He will be cleaning our windows regularly from now on. There is no doubt that I will always be contacting Neal for these services in the future. Thank you very much Neal! :)”

“AMAZING - I really cannot praise them enough. Not just in the quality of service and workmanship but also their customer service skills. After a service on our vehicle we experienced an unrelated "problem" - you know the type, a message appears on the dashboard. Pulled on to the forecourt, they plugged in a computer, explained everything throughout. In fact when nothing of note showed up they continued searching after I'd left and got back in touch to explain. Then when we caused the battery to run flat later the same day they still supported us in getting it going - even way after 6.30pm! Shane even opened up the garage to clear the dashboard message and gave us his number text him after we had been for a drive to ensure got home safely. Now that is how customer service and loyalty is built. Than you.”
