Excellent customer service in Cobham

Another local large approved service department had the car in four times and charged a fortune and failed to fix the problem. “We were very pleased with the work that Pellowe Handyman Services did for us. The shed and decking that were fixed are now better than when first constructed. Keith dealt very efficiently with our leaking sink waste, dripping shower and seized bath tap. Keith is very respectful of your home and tidies up extremely well afterwards. Pellowe Handyman Services are very competent and you have every confidence that they can fix the fault first time and efficiently. The high level of customer care is really appreciated and we were kept informed on a regular basis from first point of contact to completion of the work. “Brilliant experience with Grosvenor, we were shown lovely properties which were exactly to our specification, Elizabeth was super helpful and accommodating, she really understood our situation and brokered the deal with the landlord. We absolutely love the property we in , any issues we have had with maintenance was promptly solved by Jenny. Grosvenor communicates often and regularly and cant fault the experience when it came to leasing a home.”

“Hands down some of the best fish shop food i’ve eaten and I spent my childhood in Cornwall. I ended up eating £35 worth of battered goodness in one greasy sitting. All human reflexes left my body and I simply devoured every last amber coloured flake of batter. The next day I spent the morning in the shower, contemplating the animalistic impulse that washed over me, undoing millennia of psychological evolution in one crispy bite. As much as I’d love to return, I simply won’t be able to contain myself if I were to go back to this chippy, I may devolve to a lower state of consciousness. Because of this fried establishment, I must contemplate a life without Cobham Fish Bar’s scran. This leaves an immensely sad feeling within me. I hope you enjoy their food as much as I did. As for the comments relating to the wait time, the wait is irrelevant. If you’re visiting for some stale trawler caught cod, then look elsewhere. The fish is cooked right before your very eyes by keen employees that exist only for us humans culinary enjoyment. They show a genuine interest in the customers day and diligently go through your order to ensure that there are no dinner-time disasters. This team envisage “Quae Sursum Sunt Quaerite”.”

“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

“We have now used Hart Brown (Corinne Flannery) for 2 purchases and a sale, first in 2015 and then again in July 21. In both instances we were under a tight time frame to exchange and complete our transactions and both times Corinne delivered in good time and maintained a calm and professional service throughout - informing us of expected time frames, engaging with the estate agents and other parties and being responsive and available in good time. Talking to others, the price we paid seems reasonable - not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I have recommended their service to other friends and family who went on to use them. If and when we move again I will return to Hart Brown (and hopefully Corinne!) and have no hesitation recommending their overall service to others. Thanks for all your help :)”

“This review is for dog boarding not grooming as I don't have a dog that needs grooming so I have only used Dollys for boarding but they are absolutely brilliant. Amanda was quick to respond to my enquiry, very friendly and made a huge effort to accommodate my dog at very short notice. Her staff are lovely, very caring and knowledgeable about dogs of all breeds. Mine is an 8 year old flat coated retriever and I could tell, when I picked him up that he'd been very happy there despite never having boarded there before. Dollys is very professional. There is comprehensive paperwork to fill out beforehand which instils great confidence as then you know they have all the information they need about your dog to give him the best possible care. Dollys compares very highly with other dog boarding services I've used in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.”

“Love our local Waitrose, the staff are all so so friendly and attentive. Good stock on most things , I only wish Waitrose didn’t get rid of their own branded gluten free chocolate cup cakes in the bakery section - for someone who is coeliac like me they were the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had and trust me a lot of gluten free stuff is so dry , but not these!! Pls bring them back :(”

“I had a wonderful experience at Leon Cobham today. I’m Vegan and allergic to Gluten. I spoke to one of your colleagues - Navik, I think that’s the name and he helped me choose the perfect breakfast item by making sure the ingredients were safe for me by checking in their Leon Book. “Lyndon came to view to provide an estimate - on time, efficient. Recommended a specific cleaning method. Checked a few days before the scheduled cleaning date to ensure all still OK. Arrived with an assistant, on time and got to work. Result is really impressive - we live next to a wood and have recently had a lot of building work done so the stone was really dirty - black in places - and with new stone on the extension easy to see how bad it was. Looks great - took them all day, but well worth the cost for me. Highly recommend.”

“This was my favorite pub. We spent a great deal of time and money there. Good friends made, both staff and locals. Unfortunately, the manager, has no class and a bad attitude. The Runner is on suspension, for me, for 60 days. If it ever happens again, I won’t spend another £ there. Reply - I am not about to Dox anybody. We love the food, atmosphere and friendships. The absolute majority of your staff is excellent. A little bit of tact goes a long way though, as opposed to a “Shoosh”. You should indeed have a conversation with managers about how they deal with people, especially some that drop 500 quid a month. Thanks, Ollie, Very Best. “We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel and the event coordination was exceptional. The day went better than smoothly and the friendliness, exuberance and efficiency of the staff on the day really wowed us. The venue speaks for itself and the attention to detail was faultless. We would recommend Woodlands Park Hotel (and in particular, Cheyenne Crombie, the event coordinator) without hesitation. It was a wonderful day, the communications leading up to the day were superb and the day went without hitch or glitch.”

“Mr Kim went far beyond the call of duty for me during my fight with Cancer. He even personally did a couple of home deliveries by bike when I was unable to collect prescribed medication. He is very friendly and helpful at all times and I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Superb service every time.”
