“Josh is literally a star. He’s so helpful I can’t even tell people how helpful he was. He literally saved the day, I was looking for a trouser that they didn’t have the size of it in their store so he had to ring two different stores in different areas then he ended up calling the branch in Croydon (from his own phone).
