“I visited here on Christmas Eve 2022 with my brothers and mother. We were served by a waiter called Ted who was beyond friendly, considerate and catered to us massively. Considering how busy it was being Christmas Eve, Ted made our experience a breeze and was the most accommodating waiter we could have asked for. Would 100% revisit and if you have Ted as a server/waiter you will be the luckiest!”

“If you are from out of town and want that REAL British food this is the place. Mushy peas, Fish and Chips, and local selections of beer. This is a pub so just expect to do things the way you would at a pub. The staff was nice to us out of towners. Good location and decent price.”

“Really helpful. I needed shoes for my wedding, was buying a very expensive £280 pair but they didn't have my colour in my size. I was flying out in five days time. I asked them if they could get multiple pairs in just in case the pair they got, had a mark. They phoned round my request immediately while I was still leaving the store. They got various stores to send in three... Arrived in time, first pair was spotless as they should be.”

Got 2 pairs and a bag today for a fraction of the original price. Very happy with staff too. Always kind, polite, helpful at both the Marble Arch and the Westfield Shepherds Bush branches. “Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Ordered poppadoms, great selection of condiments. Staff very friendly, advised on many foods on the menu (especially when asked about vegan options). The lamb tikka starter was lovely. We also had the chicken korma/pilau rice, vegetable jalfrezi/spinach rice, nan & paratha bread, lemon sorbet & coconut ice cream for dessert, all reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone wishing to dine in the restaurant”

“We enjoyed a lovely NYE lunch here, there was a slight mix up with our drinks order but this was rectified quickly and we were given a free glass of Prosecco for the trouble. All staff were friendly and the food was great. Special mention to the bruschetta and risottos (both chicken and veggie) really lovely.”
