“Great place to buy flowers. I called from Canada and placed my order over the phone. The guy was very nice and processed my order very quickly. The flowers were delivered and the person loved them and said everything looked beautiful. I will definitely be using van Arthur moving forward for all my flower needs!”

“Delicious food and good service. Plenty options for vegans as restaurant is pure vegetarian, but menu labelling is incorrect (other vegan options not marked, not all Dairy marked with D). Ordered hakka noodles, gobi 65, masala dosa, mushroom manchurian dosa - all served hot and were tasty!Great value too, for 4 people (2 starters, 4 mains, no drinks) bill came to £50.”

“We held my uncles Wake at the Harrow Inn yesterday. Alison and Dave were very helpful in making the arrangements over the phone, as we are not from the area. The buffet was plentiful and offered a great selection of tasty food. They were able to cater for our vegan and gluten free family members with a nice selection also. We had use of a private room and indeed the whole bar including the garden, should we have needed it. Friendly hosts and good food, we were pleased we chose this venue and would recommend it!”

“Very beautifully looking cozy old pub in the middle of High Street, only 5-10 minutes by bus from Stratford stations, Leytonstone stations and Westfield Shopping Centre (buses 257, 308) or short walk from Leyton station. It located next to a small but pretty local park too. It offers cooked meals, party hiring venue, food and drinks... and recently started to offer Salsa lessons! There is also a heated garden. I have seen wheelchair access outside too.”

“I go to this pub regularly and I have got to say there is a member of staff by name of Jordan who has an excellent customer service. He has always been friendly and is never dismissive towards customers, he also is apologetic to customers if the service is slow due to reasons out of his control. I wish all the best for him and that he keeps up his positive attitude towards the customer and receives recognition for this”

“Asda at South Harrow is the nearest supermarket I do my shopping , the staff are so nice and friendly few weeks ago I had a problem with my Asda App the gentleman helped me rot sorted out unfortunately I forgot to get his name but this morning such a lovely lady was working at self check out offered me help and she was so nice I asked her name was Aseiah hope I spelled her name correctly. We had a birthday party here for our little one and all her friends last weekend, it went so well the kids had such a fun time especially during the party games that were organised for them. “I normally do pop in from time to time and get a wax or brows done, but I was a bit late on Christmas Eve and the ladies fit me in and I had the great pleasure of having my wax done by one of the ladies Mamta. Mamta was very knowledgeable and because of this I had the best wax, her technique kept pain to a limit and I would recommend this place, customer service is good. Jaz also did my eyebrows and she was quick and shaped was perfect. Thanks again keep up the great work.”

“As always, the service is amazing, but today they went above and beyond, specially the gentleman that seated us (I think his name is Frank). Firstly we arrived around 8 PM with no reservation (I know, big mistake considering which day is today, we went expecting the chance to have to eat somewhere else), and even though the restaurant was fully booked he still went the extra mile to find us a place. While waiting for our drinks and food I noticed how busy it was, how all the staff was almost running around without a chance to stop, and still everyone was friendly and professional. This deserves a huge appreciation for all the team. While waiting for our food I realised that probably a lot of people will be coming with flowers, which I am extremely allergic to (actually I realised when a couple came in with flowers). Again, this lovely gentleman took the challenge to have that in mind when seating other people around us (which I know it's a big inconvenience and I felt so awful for putting them in that position). I can't say how grateful I am for being able to have the chance to enjoy dinner without worrying about that. Food was amazing like always, our server was more than amazing. 10/10”

“Good hotel with friendly staff, lots of parking spaces at £6 for 24 hrs. Kenton overground station is within a short walking distance from the hotel for trains into central London. Mohammed on reception was exceptional helpful. Beefeater is connected to the hotel, we had breakfast which was good.”

“Upon entering the college you will see that everything has been refurbished and all the facilities are nice and clean which is Excellent as this provides a pure environment free of distraction and openness, this allows the mind to focus on the lesson as the campus is free from distraction. The campus is divided up into different builds which each serve different functions for different classes. Each room is clearly labelled and each room is locked to provide security, the LRC can only be accessed with a College identification card, and there are numerous books to read, however i do wish the LRC was larger and had more books and computers available. The teachers here are good, each specialist in their field and clearly know what they are talking about when it comes to their subjects. When you enroll into HCUC there is a lot of confusion as it has been joined between Harrow and Uxbridge college so there can be confusion on where you are enrolling. The class timetables are all over the place so they changed from when you enroll which could be a problem for part time students who have to work. The college uses Microsoft teams and outlook for scheduling so students studying here will need a smartphone or tablet as they are paperless now. My only criticism is they frequently have problems with their intranet and online computer systems when doing the register id cards and course information timetables but once that is fixed they would be on the right path,So lets see if it improves over the next few years.”
