Having been messed around by local plumbers who played the usual guessing game with our old boiler and cost us money by replacing bits that didn't need replacing, I went in search of a new boiler. After my experience with the above, I went to ZARA HEATING with a certain amount of apprehension, not knowing what to expect. I can only say this: Craig, the ZARA HEATING installer who did the job, was absolutely top notch. On time, put down dust sheets everywhere(without being asked), worked solidly throughout the day and finished everything on time and done properly. No mess, no fuss, absolutely first class job. The ZARA HEATING contracted scaffolders (necessary for a 3 storey house to replace the roof flue) turned up dead on time, did a quick and efficient job and were gone promptly the job was finished. So far as ZARA HEATING, the company, well, all I can say is, it's brilliant. The price was extraordinarily good, the communication before the installation first class, thanks to Scott and others in sales and customer service, and the whole thing went off very, very well. That car was brought to our garage for repair, once the garage who was doing it couldn't fix it. The mistake was not Johns engineering's fault but the garage who did the repair work in the first place. They did not follow the correct procedure when rebuilding the head. It's always easy to blame someone else for your own failings.”

Someone came to collect my car and it was taken to a garage for work to be carried out. There was a bit of a cost afterward due to fluid changes and flushes however it was to be expected. The service was quick and efficient and am currently awaiting for my car to be delivered back to me, quicker than expected!
