"I saw an offer for MOTs and I called to book. I spoke to Harry who was polite and helpful and got me booked in for my chosen date. As we drove up, the technician came out to greet us and was very nice. He showed us to the waiting room and took my dads car in straight away. The Mot did not take long and when we went in to pay, the other technicians were there. They were all really professional and answered all my questions regarding my own car as well as my dads. They were all so friendly and respectful. Even though it was closing time, they did not rush us out at all. Harry said he would always try to help us with any car issues and we could call in at anytime. All in all it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with going to a garage. Thanks to all of you. I highly recommend you!"

"I turned up 8:30am as requested but was not seen to 9:00am as the manager had not arrived & still had not arrived when I was told that they could not carry out the service to my vehicle as the shutters were broken to the service ramp that they needed to carry out the service. I stated that I had paid the money for the service & was going away for two weeks in the next two days. I was told hopefully the shutters would be repaired or replaced in a weeks time so when I come back. Phone them for another appointment."

"Took my car for a brake fluid change and brake check yesterday. They checked my brakes and showed me that they needed replacing and charged a good price. Excellent, friendly service and also very honest people. Thank you for restoring my faith in mechanics!"

"I was unfortunate enough to take my car for an MOT at the Enfield branch. I checked everything before taking it. I was told that it had failed because the rear tyres were bald. I asked them to show me as i had checked them and knew they were legal. The MOT tester VASSOS KTISTIS, showed me the tyres and told me they had 2mm of tread and that the legal limit was 2.5mm, i asked him to get a tread gauge and show me, he got the gauge and showed me that they were 2mm. I then pointed out to him that the legal limit was 1.6mm and that 2mm was legal and a pass. He went silent then a minute later started arguing they were 1mm despite the fact he had told me AND shown me that they were 2mm. All he was interested in was selling me tyres. I have reported the garage to DVSA I took the car to a different test centre where it passed without any issues. I also had the tyres checked at a different tyre centre who also confirmed they were legal. Formula One and VASSOS are a disgrace to the industry. Do yourself a favour and avoid these lying crooks. My car was stuck off the road for 4 days due to no MOT due to these liars."
