“Dom and the team at the School of Rhythm are fantastic! Incredibly patient, warm and caring. Dom has taught my 10 year old son for a year now - we come back every week. He took on a boy who had no musical experience and has taught him to read music incredibly quickly and to master the basics of drumming technique. But most of all - Dom’s genuine love of seeing young drummers improve is inspiring. We owe school of rhythm a lot!”

“I spent several months with Philip, and whilst our time together felt short nearly a year later i'm still able to see a profound change to many areas of my life as a consequence of our sessions. Philip taught me how to ask myself the right questions when I couldn't make sense of the patterns I was falling into. Personally suffering from anxiety and post-traumatic stress, Philip helped me gain a better understanding of my trigger points, how to handle flashbacks/disturbing thought. Ultimately, Philip helped me to make decisions about seeking professional help but I'll certainly be back once life allows (covid) to continue our weekly sessions. Cannot recommend more! :)”

“We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“Dr Anthony helped me recover from a major lower back incident only in 4 visits, at a point when I was feeling insecure and afraid that I had suffered serious damage. When I started my physiotherapy I had difficulty walking, lifting weights, sleeping, and even sitting in my office chair, which made my every day life very difficult, especially as the father of a toddler. The exercises and therapy that Dr Anthony asked me to follow took into consideration the chronic problems I'd been having with my lower back, and previous episodes that stretched back almost 16 years. “Superb experience. We had the pleasure of seeing the Birmingham Royal Ballet's production of Don Quixote for my nans 80th birthday and we all enjoyed it immensely. From the dancers, set, costume and orchestra, it was all wonderful. The theatre itself was great. Very easy to get to.The only niggle would the be ladies toilets. There was a queue every time and it would be great if they had more toilets to reduce queues. But that's an absolute tiny niggle because the queue moved quickly. All in all, a fabulous experience.”

“Been a member here for a couple of months now. Pound for pound it's the best gym in the area, especially when you consider the ridiculous prices David Lloyd Northwood are charging. The gym is usually not too crowded, maybe slightly so at peak times but that's to be expected. Good range of weights and machines, and also other functional areas. I don't make full use of all the facilities but for what I need it for, it's very good and so far very welcoming. There is a wide range of people of all ages and fitness levels which is also good to see.”

Sam does a great job at catering to all levels but also keeping it challenging (I was super sweaty after the class haha) I’d say that if you love moving and are looking for a class with great music and positive vibes you should definitely give it a try.”
