Everyman Chelmsford
● Closed“My wife, 5 year old daughter and myself had a great time watching DC pets at Everyman. The staff were excellent the whole time and having a fat hotdog, chips a nice cold beer and popcorn brought to our seats was great. Talking of those seats, no numb bum here, very comfy and loads of leg room. Odeon who?”

Imperial Arms Pub & Courtyard Bistro
● Closed“Update........ Tryed the fish Friday menu tonight and was delicious, plus you can still order from the bistro menu so plenty of choices including whole lobster and surf and turf. There's a pre book Christmas menu available for the 1st-23rd of December which looks excellent value for money, small deposit required. Great building with plenty of history. Booked bistro for a Sunday roast dinner. Foods good, does get very busy especially for Sunday lunches. Nice bistro and courtyard. Staff amazing! Professional, polite and attentive. Will definitely revisit and try the fish menu available on Friday's. Very limited parking.”

Doesn't look that special from the outside but very tasty food - paninis, baguettes, jacket potatoes etc. Also delicious baklava as well as freshly baked pastries & bread and a few other things like eggs & flour. Also really friendly owner so I'd recommend this place.”

The Plimsoll
● Closed52 Saint Thomas's Road, London N4 2QQ, United Kingdom“The waiting staff were amazing, friendly and went above and beyond, even bringing us extra curry mayo (freaking delicious). The chefs were smiley and clearly very passionate about making every plate exceptional, you could literally taste the love. I’ve been following Four Legs for a while now, watching the Plimsoll renovation and finally making it down from Norfolk to enjoy the experience. It was everything I wanted and more, deffo a few ‘this is the best burger I’ve ever eaten’ comments from our table and the clams were bloody incredible. So was the duck and the potatoes and absolutely everything for that matter. Thanks guys, keep smashing it and I hope to be back very soon. Xx”

The Bow Bells
● Closed116 Bow Road, London E3 3AA, United Kingdom“Top tip for those in London. Whether you’re just walking by, visiting a different part of London or just moved to Bow- you cannot do better for a pub trip than the bow bells. A great classic British pub environment, friendly staff, reasonably priced beers, a sitting room environment and feel, entertainment from sports to drag queen pub quizzes and karaoke (in the evenings), a welcoming local crowd, great food- this place is really something special. It’s a diverse and welcoming environment, even on West Ham home game days! So if you’re wondering whether to come in or not for a pint or a pizza- I’d struggle to find where you can do better. Big love to the Bow Bells.”

Megan's on the Hill
● Closed“10/10 dining experience! The ceiling decorations are stunning but I'd recommend sitting in the conservatory at the back as the natural lighting is so nice. Delicious food with great vegan options - we ordered the vegan brunch, nourish bowl (+cauliflower and plant-based lamb), and the vegan chicken kebab which were all soooo yummy! Looking forward to going back to try the vegan pancakes too. Despite it being busy the service was really quick, which was a big plus as our waiters were already super lovely. Thanks so much to Daniela, Alicia and Franco for taking such good care of us! Would definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't yet been :) Xx”

The Windsor Castle
● Closed114 Campden Hill Road, London W8 7AR, United Kingdom“Truly a lovely place for a pint or proper pub food. The fish and chips might be the best I’ve ever had - light and crispy and with a full fresh moist cod filet, hot, a perfect balance of flavours and textures, and elegant presentation. The chips were also perfectly crisp on the outside while hot and tender on the inside. The staff was lively, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere was quaint and comfy and the bar itself makes for a well-rounded pub experience. Highly recommend!”
