“As an all day eatery I think they've got this place absolutely spon-on. Please don't change a thing! Very attentive service. Plenty of polite (well-trained) staff, no waiting, taken to the table. Table service impeccable. Hugely impressed. Piping hot food (and coffee) came quickly, fresh and with good quality ingredients, the breakfast was plentiful and was cooked to perfection. Eggs although "fried" on the menu were more like a beautifully steamed - almost poached egg consistency. Gorgeous. Hell, they even open the door for you on the way out. “We came here just expecting a basic meal but the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the food was seriously amazing. I had a candle at our table, that I had purchased, and one of the staff actually offered to light it for me which was really sweet. So we had a nice candle lit meal and the waitress was brilliant and attentive, friendly and smiling, happy to assist. It was just brilliant.”

There's a small arrangment of chairs and tables outside to sit and have a coffee and watch the world go by while you wait for your bouquet to be arranged to order and hand tied. Becky is a wonderful person with a warm smile and good heart. THe coffee and cakes are wonderful. What is there not to love?”

Both members of staff I met were so lovely and informative (Lazaros did my piercings) and the place was so clean & tidy! Thanks so much - will definitely be returning.”

“This place has a wonderful mix of foods and products, a deli which wouldn't be out of place in Soho. Has everything from homemade wooden trugs, French camembert logoed serving plates oven gloves with bee motifs, garden planters in galvanised iron. A host of hampers etc etc..”

The staff were friendly, the coffee was delicious as were our Tuna Melt Paninis and the cakes we enjoyed as a treat to keep us going on our 20 km winter walk. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy coffee inside the cafe but we also noticed several people enjoying the winter sunshine and sitting outside.”

“Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). Staff were smiley & efficient too. Will deffo go back again!”

“First time visit, friendly greeting, drinks order taken shortly after arriving, drinks arrived quickly. Food arrived quickly after ordering, good size portions and very hot. I had the chicken curry, very tasty, not hot but nice kick. The good lady had scampi and chips, large portion, and the chips were still hot when she had finished, quite unusual. Shared a pudding good size portion. Only negative was very noisy as restaurant is near the bar area but understandable as was Friday night and the establishment was very busy. Has not put us off wanting to go back again.”

“Excellent food in a cozy, down to earth atmosphere. The Sunday roast was delicious--the sauce was flavorful and potatoes were slightly crispy, as if baked after steamed. The lamb neck with couscous could not have been better--tender and juicy meat falling off the bone. Starters were excellent as well-- delicate scallops with avo and bacon, and spicy squid in cream sauce with a baguette. One of the best meals!”

“Lovely cafe and play area for babies to pre-schoolers. Clean and maintained well. Play area is divided in to 8 pretend play rooms with lots of pretend play toys and ride-on toys. There's also a small section for young babies who aren't crawling. Cafe has hot drinks, toastie and warm sandwiches, the open plan design of the space makes it easy for the parent to sit at the cafe and enjoy a cuppa whilst their tot plays.”
