“Our JVC CD player needed some TLC and after looking around for an electronics' engineer for a good while, Zen came recommended from another electronics' specialist shop. I also didn't want to buy something that wouldn't be as good as our system and I didn't want to add to the mountains of stuff with inbuilt obsolescence. Fortunately Zen was able to sort the repairs quickly and reasonably. After completing the job, Zen even kept it overnight to make sure all was well. Now we have music again:) I would not hesitate to take him anything else that demands his expertise. Zen is a gem!”

“I’ve been going to Hamid for help since August 2020. He first helped me pick out the perfect laptop from his shop that I would be able to use for my new job working from home. He is one of the kindest people I have met I was an absolute stranger to him yet he treated me as a friend. Since then I have been back to his shop to have my phone repaired and my Chromebook and to buy different cables I have needed. Before I always panicked if I had a problem with my phone or laptop because so much of my life are on them. But since I’ve been going to Hamid I no longer stress because he always able to help quickly and for a reasonable price. He has also delivered the items to my house and given me detailed advice on how to care for my items. I have recommended him to friends and they have had the same experience as me. A very kind man who is very efficient in all he does!”

“I can't recommend London Appliances enough! We were let down by a major retailer who simply failed to turn up and deliver a new washing machine and then offered a new date two weeks later. We ordered with London Appliances around 5pm and they delivered and installed our new washing machine the next day! They called the evening of the order to check the details and let us know we'd need to wait an extra day to have the cover door installed (for an integrated washing machine) as the hinges on the new washing machine didn't exactly match the old one. The install did actually leave a small leak but the measure of a company is how they handle problems and they answered my call immediately and sent a new engineer the next day to fix the leak and install the door. So all done in under 48 hours from placing the order. Big shout out to Hamza who was efficient, polite and skilled!”

Had no idea what to do so I fretfully went onto Google with the make of the machine and all the other relevant bits and went through 9-10 different options before coming across Steven and he responded just like it said on his website and he dealt with it super quickly, really knew his stuff, and the bonus is that if anything goes wrong in this flat, whatever appliance it is, we have it handled if we call Steven. Excellent service and value for money considering cheaper engineers may have cost us more in the long run. I highly recommend them.”
