"Not helpful. I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment for the following Monday. The gentleman on the phone told me that they don't give appointments in advance. I should call again on Saturday. On Saturday I called again and a different gentleman answered and told me they could visit on Monday or Wednesday. Sounds like an appointment in advance. I realised the customer is not the priority. I went elsewhere."
