“Following a recommendation, I took my car for an MOT to Kerby's for the first time, in the second week of November 2021. I arrived at my appointment time and was made to feel very welcome by the owner, Paul, who was friendly and professional. Paul gave me a timeline for both the test and any potential work that may follow. I left my car there and received a phone call from Paul within a couple of hours advising me of the result. I then went to pick my car up and settled for a very reasonable price, as quoted. This is a non pretentious, family run business spanning many years - they do and charge exactly as they quote you - at a reasonable price too. My husband spoke to Peter today and he advised us to contact the original boiler installer to rectify the problem (as it’s their responsibility to install correctly) which we did and it’s being resolved. “Just wanted to say what great service I received from these guys today! I bought a car second hand from a local garage in Milton Keynes and the service history appeared a bit patchy; there was only one receipt and stamp in the service booklet. So I rang the number on the receipt and Headstone were able to not only put my mind at rest, but also forward copies of the services they had undertaken. This included a replacement cam belt which saved me a few quid. if I lived in Harrow I would definitely use these guys. Thanks again!”

“I had my clutch replaced by Mark and his team a few weeks ago. They had no issues with my clutch unlike Halfords who stopped the repair as they claimed the bolts were cross-threaded. The RBS team replaced my clutch within the time frame expected and for the expected cost, which was very reasonable. Since then, I have had no issues with my clutch and the bite is perfect. I was update this review periodically with the health of the clutch but so far so good. I will be using RBS for my yearly MOT Edit: 1 year later, clutch still going strong. Nice work RBS”
