“Family orientated club. I have been going on and off for over 30 years now. It’s a great second home to all kids and adults alike. If you’re an adult and want to get fit yourself, get back into it or just meet others trying the sport out then it’s a great place to go. If you want to set your child(ren) up for life with basic skill such as, co-ordination, strength, flexibility, and general fitness, get them along. I’m already taking my 20 month old daughter along to the parent and toddler classes and she loves it (soft play with structure). Can’t recommend it highly enough.”

I had just finished logging my puppy in and about to take a seat when I was called in to the vet. I've been many times now and still getting the excellent service.”

“I train taekwondo and kickboxing here under Grandmaster Nardizzi (taekwondo) and Mr Jason Ogden (kickboxing) . GM Nardizzi has been the best instructor i have trained under over the years. With the nature of my job, im often moving around the country and training taekwondo under different instructors. But hands down GM Nardizzi is the best instructor ive trained under. I only started kickboxing at Impact last year under mr ogden. He too is one of the best martial arts instructors ive trained under. He has trained up fighters to become kickboxing national champions. His classes are very welcoming and very vigorous and if youre looking for a good work out and a great teacher his classes are where to go!”

My dentist Georgina Matthews, she is wonderful and very professional and I feel very relaxed. From now on I will not be dreading going to see a dentist and will make it as regular as I need to. “This place is a dream! Massive soft play center! My now 6 year old and 2 year old had an amazing time. They have a toddler section up to 5 years old and then the main play area for the bigger kids. Then they have electric quad bikes, a rock wall , and a place to eat. The slot is 2 hours which is a perfect amount of time to get you and the little ones worn out! Tip : its advised to wear shoes in the main play area, the wood and rope really hurt your feet :)”

“We cannot fault anything about this nursery. The members of staff are wonderful and have really gotten to know our little boy. They communicate with us every evening at pick up and tell us everything about his day, what they've done, what he has eaten, how much he has slept, his mood and his progress. We cannot believe how much he has come on since joining this nursery in September after stalling in his development at another place. The food offered is varied and my little boys eating has really improved too. The facilities are great and the children spend lots of time outside and even have PE classes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone!”

“All I can say is what a great experience! I was pulled along to the classes by the Mrs after work and all I can say is my attitude changed within 10 minutes of being there. The atmosphere is great, people are all friendly and the teachers are all very skilled at what they do. You'll have fun, build up a sweat and learn a new skill all at the same time!
