“Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing i think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. cannot wait for the next time i come here.”

So helpful and reliable I wouldn't go to another shop in this area as they are reasonably low priced and handy if I want to top your oyster up or phone or even a drink as they are so kind and lovely in there and so bubbly and chatty. I come here every 2 to 3 weeks for infills and colour change and it’s usually always really busy. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and I’ve never had any problems. The care and attention they give whilst doing nails is second to none and they are all extremely talented and I just wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“This hotel is in Ilford, even though a 2star rating, the room was exceptional, clean and big, I had to have an extended stay at the hotel and had no problem with extending my stay. The added advantage of this hotel is that you have parking facilities, with parking available at the front and in the onsite car park. The reception staff were all very friendly and polite.... I personally say that when people come and argue with them for no reason, they can only do so much yet people expect miracles. B'fast is included in the price, but for me personally it was too early, so didn't have any there, the house cleaning is done on a daily basis, with bed linen changed at least twice a week. There are several shops and a pub short walking distance away, The reception is available 24/7 and there is no restrictions as to what time you have to come and go. Overall had a pleasant stay for the duration.”
