All the staff have always been caring, kind, attentive and professional, and have always provided the best care to both my animals and myself. I have always received a sympathy card from them, when I have lost one of my pets, which is so lovely. The GPS have all been friendly and helpful and most importantly listened. Things are done when they say it will be. Overall very happy with the care. Of course the wait for appointments are long... but that is the case in the whole of the nhs!”
