“We cannot recommend dog in black highly enough, it’s almost impossible to leave a review that expresses how wonderful they are. Our pup goes on day care with them every week and has regular sleep overs and we know he is cared for wonderfully, he is never happier than when he is picked up! I also love that it’s not a traditional day care centre where the dogs spend a lot of time just in a room together which wouldn’t suit our dog. It’s all outdoor activities or one on one love. In addition the team are so caring and considerate with us, helping with last minute requests, accommodating us when we moved and supporting us and our dog when he had major surgery. You won’t regret sending your dog here!!”

“Been taking my two Scottie's to Penny since they were babies. Scotties are known for being incredibly difficult and stubborn dogs, which my two definitely are, however, despite this, Penny still manages to do an amazing job - they come out looking like a million dollars and looking like models! Penny has a brilliant way with them, makes them feel completely at ease and looks after them like they are her own. I have complete trust in Penny and so do they. I would never go anywhere else. “Took our dog khan for the first time he's a big dog Dobbie but a big softie. He had a shampoo, groom and nails cut was very surprised they managed to do his nails as he wouldn't let the vet do them. Thank you so much everyone at LA Dogs he came back smelling fabulous a lovely shiny coat and smaller nails. Understandably he was a bit nervous as also he doesn't like loud noises. “Everyone at Radlett grooming has been fantastic, Amy is very understanding of dealing with our dogs who are rescues. A one eyed West Highland Terrier and our two Street dogs from Egypt. They have not been used to even having a bath so Amy had her work cut out! We have been using Radlett grooming for many years. Our Lahsa Apso who will soon be sixteen started going there just after our Daughter did her work experience with Yvonne. Yvonne has supported us on a personal level with the rescue dogs and we have become great friends. I first met Yvonne when our westie locked herself in the car, Yvonne drove me all the way home to get the spare car keys but on our return Amy had managed to get the dog to unlock the car.
