I might be biased but Guyanese cuisine has the most variety in the Caribbean (best tasting too - to do with the fusion of food of 6 different ethnic groups and being on the South American mainland) and Andrew and Pam reflect this in what they serve. It was like my mother’s cooking. Everything is made from scratch even the sauces and black pudding.I mustn’t forget to mention that they also serve El Dorado rum. Best rum in the world.
