"Took my daughter to have her ear pierced. The staff were lovely and wore gloves. They were reassuring and which made me feel confident. The only thing I would say was that I was disappointed that I had to by the sterilising solution separately. This is usually included in the piercing package, so they should have made this clear beforehand. Otherwise overall a good experience and would recommend."

"Asked to change my cartilage piercing. Began to change it in the middle of the shop floor. During the process of changing my earring, the man chose to answer the phone and have a conversation leaving my partner to hold a clamp to my ear which was keeping the current stud in place… after being left for a few minutes he picked up where he left off.. with no gloves and without sanitising his hands after touching the phone and other foreign objects. Talk about years in the business and highest standards being held.. Shambolic experience and brainless behaviour. Have since been elsewhere and the piercing is infected- didn’t surprise me."
