All under one roof and with no John Lewis at Watford, Lords is a mini version, but ample of choice in most things for the house..be it gardening supplies, kitchen ware, cookware BBQs, paints, DIY tools, storage etc..and you get to support the high street shops..what more can one ask. Also, certain items one wants to browse and purchase, so online isn't a choice all the time.”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

Great food. The room was spacious, clean and had facilities that i needed including iron kettle...I loved the the hotel decor and the building. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. “I recently spent 13 nights at the Covent Garden Opera flat. The location is fabulous, with pubs, restaurants and stores all an easy walk away. The kitchen well equipped, and the furnishing more than adequate for a very comfortable stay. It is located on the interior of the block, with pedestrian only access, so it is very quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the streets only 2 minutes away. Jennifer was very quick to resolve the one issue I had, and made sure to let me know that a contractor would be in at some point to do a minor repair that had been previously reported. All in all, working with Jennifer was easy and stress free, just what I want for a relaxing vacation. I fully plan to see what they have available the next time I head to London.”

“Amazing member only club! I'm glad I have fruend who is member can take me in. Great crowd, very professional and friendly staff. I have not into clubs in ages due to many clubs in London become very tacky but expensive... I am glad there is still club like Albert's Club.”

“Great school. My son started there in OG (Year 6) last September and loves it. Kids are bright, parents are friendly and the teaching seems excellent. Doesn't matter what you are into (music, sport etc.) they seem to cater for it. Although it's a private school, it's a lot less snobby than some state schools - especially some of the Grammar schools.”
