“Great pub, wonderful atmosphere. Really enjoyed the beer garden. The male barman with the beard and spiky hair was very entertaining and very knowledgeable on his ciders (I think his names began with a T, can't quite remember). The lady bartender with the tattoos was also a joy to be served by. All in all will recommend to friends and family when I come back to Watford next.”

“Nice big wetherspoons which is due to close soon apparently. Haven't been here for about 20 years and I must say, things have improved a great deal- thank goodness. The staff were polite and friendly- I think everyone I saw was smiling. There was a good crowd in but the service did not suffer. My wrap and chips for lunch were lovely and the Guinness was excellent. I'm sure this pub will be missed”

Nothing is pre cooked everything is made fresh to order using the highest quality ingredients, and the staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favour and either book a table or just turn up with your friends and/or family and they will be eternally grateful and impressed with your choice of restaurant.”
