I moved away from the area 5yrs ago but have stayed with Fourways because of their second to none approach to clients such as me whom are petrified of the dentist. I have always been respected and treated so well without judgement just complete acceptance and understanding of my anxiety. Dentist has recently been purchased by new owners and this was my second visit - yes I think I’m staying - I was treated with the same respect and empathy .”

“Our family doctors. I find the reception staff very approachable and helpful. I fully understand they have to ask what an appointment is for as they need to ensure correct medical personnel sees the patient, I have never found their questions invasive. The GPs are also very good, even opened up early to see me one afternoon because they were concerned about my post covid symptoms after a telephone consultation. I have only one issue with the surgery, the automatic doors are too near the reception desks and have a habit of opening far too frequently allowing the sound of the busy road to make it difficult to hear the receptionist. It must also be very draughty for the reception staff! This surgery also has a very good relationship with the pharmacy opposite which means getting medication and acting on pharmacist medical advice is seamless.”
