However, what also is extremely important for me and my family is customer service/ customer experience, and this was also amazing, everyone we spoke to was very attentive and kind and prices were very affordable . “I had a filet burger meal (chicken burger, chips and a can) with 3 wings for £6. The burger was really tasty and succulent. The chips fresh and thin. The wings came straight off the bone and tasted amazing. I eat a lot of similar meals like this and this might be the best I've ever had. Customer service was also perfect.”

“An authentic taste of Detroit in London! As a resident of the great city of Detroit I consider myself an expert in this pizza category. The crust was amongst the best I’ve had, crispy and light, it held the authentic sauce well and the cheese blend was unique to the pie, providing a familiar and welcomed twist on this classic square deep dish with crispy edges. I found a true taste of home in an unexpected city. I’d eat this pizza anywhere in the world. Loved it and will be sending many your way!”

“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

“If you want the ordinary poached egg on sourdough that is rolled out in every so called artisan bistro then this is not for you. Raifs serves up all the popular dishes and some more interesting ones with an extra level of flavour. weather its a breakfast or just a coffee I have never been disappointed. If you are lucky enough to get there on a sunny day when they have the tables out you can enjoy an al fresco meal and feel as though you are abroad.”

“Upper Norwood (aka Crystal Palace) has been hip for some time, but it needed a 100% vegan cafe to go with the antique shops, excellent pubs and vinyl outlets. Nama is that place. I recommend their homemade Biscoff cheesecake”

“If you are looking for an authentic Turkish food like you get in the back streets of turkey this is the place. Adana kebab like you have never tasted before. Salad is fresh and the bread is out of this world. The shop is newly made and the attention to detail is amazing. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place. Coming back for more amazing food and more of the Turkish tea I was given whilst waiting for my food.”

“We visited for Mother’s Day, the food did not disappoint, absolutely fantastic! The spices in all the dishes could be varied to suit all which was a bonus for kids. Staff were amazing and always available, the owner/manager came to see us towards the end to check all was ok. I would definitely recommend this place to all and will 100% be coming back. Best Indian in the local area”
