“Review 2 August 2022 Just want to say yet again how impressed I am with Romford MOT Centre, Barry has personally taken interest in the back door lock problems of my beloved camper van and some other technical stuff including electric windows switch replacement. He is patient and informative. After ordering new parts from Fiat he and his team have made my barn doors safe and useable again as well as my window switches. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, they even spent time putting the doors back safely so I could go on holiday before I returned when the new locks came in from Italy. They could not do enough for me, and unlike other garages, he showed me everything that had been done. I know I can return anytime and it's under warrantee. Such a good price too. I'm just so grateful to the team. Thanks Barry! Review 1 (2021) Really impressed with the guys here. After a problem with odometer flashing mileage on my camper van when changed the battery, I called them randomly to see if they could help as no other garage could. They told me to pop in anytime. I did so and for £30.00 they sorted it and updated software. Bearing in mind I was given quotes between £300 and £800 to fix from other garages. They were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go again.”

“Changed my prescription from Lloyds chemists to clock house pharmacy because the service from Lloyds was horrendous, l have had 5 prescriptions from clock house so far, phone them early get them ordered and ready in few days.fantastic service and so polite on the phone, best customer service you can get.”

“Had a loud noise from under my Bmw when slowing down, took it to 3 other garages, one said sound like timing chain, another said wasn't sure would need to do diagnostics, another said could be brakes. Took it then to vk vehicle servicing which I used a while ago, Vuk got in car started up and immediately said its your flexi pipe. He booked me in the next day replaced item, showed me the damaged part. And hey presto noise no longer there. Have since used him again for service, he always notifies you of any problems and sends photo of item on car. He is an excellent mechanic. I have now moved to Norfolk but will still come down and use him as I feel I can trust him to do the work properly.”

“Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

“Ordered a Stansted Airport return journey last minute. Ali our driver was early for pickup and was polite and courteous, the car was spotless inside and out and the journey to the airport was smooth and comfortable arriving bang on time. Ali was in constant contact on our arrival back to Stansted a fortnight later and was there to pick us up bang on time although we had a slight delay with our flight. The journey back again was smooth and comfortable. I would not hesitate to use Avenue cars again and would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Ali :)”

“Our family doctors. I find the reception staff very approachable and helpful. I fully understand they have to ask what an appointment is for as they need to ensure correct medical personnel sees the patient, I have never found their questions invasive. The GPs are also very good, even opened up early to see me one afternoon because they were concerned about my post covid symptoms after a telephone consultation. I have only one issue with the surgery, the automatic doors are too near the reception desks and have a habit of opening far too frequently allowing the sound of the busy road to make it difficult to hear the receptionist. It must also be very draughty for the reception staff! This surgery also has a very good relationship with the pharmacy opposite which means getting medication and acting on pharmacist medical advice is seamless.”
