“Best Turkish in Essex! Been eating here for years and never had a bad meal. The bread is the best I’ve ever had; so deliciously seasoned and their homemade chilli sauce is incredible! Highly recommend ordering the hummus kuvurma. Mains are very large, would recommend sharing 1 between 2 people, or if you order your own and can’t finish it, ask for a takeaway box. My go-to main is the sarma chicken beyti; absolutely delicious! I forgot to take a picture because I was too excited to eat it, but I’ll be sure to get a picture next time I go and update this review.”

The manager working on the day was also very engaging and had great communication. “Amazing pizza and wonderful service. The moment you walk in you get the feeling its a family business and it feels cosy and welcoming. We ordered in person and took a takeaway home (lockdown means we cannot eat in at the moment!) But as soon as we are able to, we will go to eat in too. Service was quick, pleasant and attentive. Reminds me of the pizzas we enjoyed in Rome!”

The starter's are varied with some really interesting things on the menu. Main courses are good and again there is a lot of different Turkish dishes ensuring variety but even if just going for a mixed kebab like me you are assured it is delicious and perfectly cooked, served with a good salad, proper Turkish bread and a choice of Rice or Bulgar which I usually chose!”
