“A short queue to enter. I was asked if I had any allergies. Signs on food bar items indicate vegan, vegetarian, halal. Three of the salads were vegan, and four of the hot dishes plus the soup were vegan - thank you! I enjoyed an Aperol spritzer from the bar. Two infused-water jugs are self-serve at the bar. The space was busy but not heaving. Staff come by frequently to clear away dishes. There are alcoves, side rooms, workstations and a large open space with large windows to watch the aircraft coming and going. I had booked online in advance.”

After couple of phone calls, the last person that we spoke to explained us the reason for the same. My husband even visited the shop but they operate only online. We got our tickets at a very low price which was a good deal. Our journey with Etihad was amazing. My kids were very comfortable. Will definitely check with them again the next time We fly.”
