"The staff is not trained on TGTG. I had to tell them how it worked before. This time the employee told me he has nothing to give as there was nothing left today. The shelves was full of items and it took me 10 minutes to get him to cancel the order on his end after refusing to fulfil it as he was saying I need to cancel it (which I could not). Wholly incompetent staff. Customer service is not even a second thought here. They should not be on TGTG if they treat customers like that!"
