“I had a wonderful experience when buying my worktop from here. Miranda and John were extremely friendly, helpful and made our experience in buying a worktop very comfortable and easy. When we walked in to your shop, Miranda was so welcoming and explained how to choose the right worktop. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a nice tour in the workshop. John spent a good amount of time to do the measurements for the worktop. He asked me some valuable questions about how I would like the worktop to be which helped me to choose everything I wanted. He went above and beyond to match the quartz worktop design to our kitchen. I was quite stressed about the worktop been installed but when Tarek and his team entered our home with great confidence, instantly my worries were over. They were extremely cautious with their work and took care of everything as if it was their own home. They finished the entire installation with great care and respect. They were extremely polite, friendly and very pleasant to speak with. The entire team gave a lovely stress-free and enjoyable experience to us.”

“Mmmm shashlik! Tender, spicy but not hot spicy......make your mouth water spicy. Charcoal chicken wings. Not the skinny flappy bit but,the shoulder and bicep. A tiny sprinkle of fresh lemon juice drizzled into the munchable, tender chicken. The starter dip things.... FANTASTIC Turkish naan. Light and fluffy with a good outside crunch, dipped into fresh proper humus. A garlicy yoghurt dip thing. Grilled onion quarters in a pomegranate sauce. A fresh and tangy salad with tomatoes, cos lettuce, cucumber, onion. Often Turkish salads that I've had have just been sprinkled with vinegar which, can make them slightly bland. Not so Charcoal's salad dressing. Imagine a charcoaled meat selection served on a bed of rice with a chips border and a sort of thin, round flatbread covering to keep the aroma and heat contained. Lamb shish in very small,succulent cubes on wooden skewers. The charcoal chicken wings, shashlik, thin strips of doner.thick, tender lamb chunks. Add a glass of Turkish red wine (or three). Maybe some Turkish tea with something sweet for those of us who like the slightest perspiration invoked by overeating. Yes, they do takeaway. Yes they have all sorts of fizzy drinks. But, they are not your usual Turkish takeaway. This place is well worth a sit-down for an hour or so and serious, professional eating. Opposite Lidl so maybe, if you do some shopping in Lidl - you could park there. Personally, I think it's worth taking the Northern line and walking from Edgware statation. A couple of outside tables for those that need a quick cigarette or an afternoon cup of coffee and a baklava. I was introduced by a friend who is Turkish and himself a retired restaurateur. In the 20 plus years I have known him - he has always steered me to places that are good quality and not overpriced. This isn't a place with fancy carpets and bow tie waiters. It's like a mum n dad place who care and concentrate on flavour.”

“Purchased a Ceiling Pull Cord Switch 2way in Polished Chrome. A&H Brass dispatched the item promptly, it was received in good condition and well packaged. Slightly disappointed with the item though as it turned out to be plastic (which wasn't stated in the spec) with a chrome-plated brass price tag. I would have happily paid for brass with chrome plating as I was looking for a quality item - hence the reason I chose to purchase from A&H Brass! In the end I swapped out the small bell-shaped pullcord handle for a solid brass, chrome plated handle, so only time will tell if the ceiling rose keeps its finish in a humid bathroom.”

“A fantastic hotel! I was a little wary when my taxi pulled up outside and all I could see was a door and sign sandwiched between other businesses. But when the door opens you are transported to a sleek and smooth hotel. With warm and inviting decor and very friendly staff. I travel for business and get fed up of takeout, so the fact that the rooms come with a kitchen is a massive bonus. (Would recommend bringing key essentials, like oil, salt and pepper if you have room) The turn down service is wonderful and the rooms are lovely and big Would highly recommend”

“We returned from a two night stay . All staff were helpful and friendly in the bar reception and restaurant and dealt with all our requirements . Breakfast was hot and plentiful with good variety. We had two evening meals which were hot and well presented . Everywhere was clean neat and tidy. We would return in the future . Only down side thought car parking was expensive £24 Thank you to you all .”

“It was a great hotel. I don't know why people complaining about this hotel. It was really easy to check in and your free to go and comeback with a password. The rooms are small but perfect. Only thing of service. When people stay longer cann you make the rooms clean after maybe 3 days or something. It's a small tip!! Maybe see you next time.”
