“Visited this shop as my washing machine had stopped working. The assistant was very helpful and suggested something we could try in order to fix it before buying a new machine. He was extremely helpful and explained with great detail what we should do. We decided to give it a try and low and behold it worked. I am very grateful for the advice given by him instead of getting someone that was only interested in making a sale. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be going back there when I need a new appliance.”

“Maria always has a selection of such gorgeous flowers that LAST for ages. I bought a beautiful large bouquet for my mothers 80th and she said they were the best flowers she’s ever had! I’ve started getting the jars for myself now and always love the arrangements and just can’t believe how long they last. Way better than buying random bunches from the supermarket. She obviously takes great pride in selecting the best blooms as well as clearly taking the time to care for them so they are in the best condition when you get them. Can’t wait to see my arrangement this weekend!”

“Fantastic service from Jane at Hopscotch. My 7 year old needed his feet measuring and new shoes in lockdown 3. I was able to easily book an appointment via Facebook for Jane to come and measure his feet at our doorstep. She also brought a selection of shoes and we found the perfect pair. “Visited the salon today and wasn’t disappointed! I went in with awful lockdown hair and these ladies went above and beyond to make my hair look good once again. They listened to what I wanted, advised, took their time choosing the perfect colours and I ended up with the most beautiful colours and hairstyle. My daughter had been in just beforehand and she also loves her hair. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies! They even rang around their other salons to try to find me a hairdresser to do an updo for my upcoming wedding…I would highly recommend this salon. Thank you! We will definitely be back soon x”

“Lovely day out, huge amount to look at, the maze was smaller than I thought but still challenging. The magical garden is superb for the kids, glad we went there last otherwise we'd have spent the whole day in the play area! Take towels and maybe a change of clothes as the magical garden includes fountains and sand pits for the kids to play in.”

“During our relocation back to the UK, we stayed at Lion Gate Mews for 2 months. Was meant to just be for a month, but we ended up extending for an extra month due to some personal circumstances. I really can't remember how I stumbled on this gem of a serviced apartment, but we were looking for a self catering apartment where we could cook since we had to go into quarantine upon arrival. Upon arrival, Mark arranged everything we needed and upgraded our room to the next category as he knew we had to quarantine and the room we booked might have been small. Everything from service, to the cooking utensils, to the washing machine (downstairs) to all the gadgets was in perfect working condition. The rooms were very spacious with nice beddings and bath amenities. Cleaning was done once a week and oh my ..you can't go wrong with the location. The location of this place is Spot on.. Right by the the entrance of Bushy Park & Hampton Court Palace and 5 minute bus to Kingston High Street, you really cannot go wrong.. A BIG thanks to Mark and his team for making us feel at home during the last few weeks and we will be sure to refer all our friends who visit London looking for a perfect serviced apartment close to Hampton Court Palace.”
