"I made an appointment for my grandson today. Due to all the bridge works I was only 5 minutes late. When we got to the door there was a note saying back in 45 minutes! Whats the point of an appointment? No leeway for a slight delay. I won’t be returning"

I was able to easily book an appointment via Facebook for Jane to come and measure his feet at our doorstep. She also brought a selection of shoes and we found the perfect pair.
