The level and quality of service is a lot higher compared to practices I visited before (where not much attention was paid to the detail and the job was rushed). I had two fillings and a lot of care and attention was also given to the cosmetic appearance of the tooth, making it look very natural in the end. I also had a hygiene clean which was very thourough and was explained and taken through all the details of the process throughout. I would highly recommend Arch Dental! “Ok so I had a tooth out yesterday without sedation- the first time in 40 years. I usually get sedated as I’m really scared after a bad experience when younger. My dentist persuaded me to try without sedation as there is a long wait. I have to say she was amazing. Her name is Krishani Kalyan and she was true to her word that she would treat me with care. I have been using this surgery for a few years now. The staff are always friendly, kind and professional. Of course there was some discomfort with the injections but I did not feel the tooth coming out. I had no pain after but a slight ache last night which paracetamol cleared. Krishani gave me full instructions for the aftercare. I will always be nervous at the dentist but whilst Krishani Kalyan is doing my teeth I will be a lot less scared.”

As usual Savita put me at ease with soothing music being played and relaxed me into the reiki session with her dulcet & melodious voice, putting my whole body into a state of relaxation and a lighter feel from my head to toe. Savita would even tell what was going on in my head and told me to tune the unimportant things that were on my mind.
