“The Dental Care that I receive here has always been very good. They very much put the patient first. I was included in the treatment plan when I had my filling replaced, they had the local anaesthetic on stand by but didn't end up needing it. I did fall asleep in the chair while they were working which gave them a bit of a shock but that's how un painful it was, and that's how calming they work. They were more than happy to answer and questions I had.”

“10/10 They are slightly pricy, however staff are nothing but accommodating and well-mannered. They were able to fit me in next-day during the holiday season which most other surgeries weren't able to do and gave me an appointment for tooth removal within a week, taking care to making sure it was suited to my schedule. The dental surgeons are super professional and walked me through the entire procedure. Would recommend!”

“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

Dr Rizvi was the first dentist ever to have a polite and informed discussion with me in which he laid out a programme commitment under which we could improve my dental health for the long term. 3 years (and no abrasive or invasive work!) later, I have great teeth, no gum disease and zero sensitivity, and I honestly never ever mind going to the dentist. Affordable, too, which makes it even easier to maintain regular visits!”
