Great pizza, lovely chips which they left unsalted as knew they were for kids but provided sachets of salt, pepper and garlic dip. Absolutely nailed it. 10 kids, 2 adults, 6 pizzas - all delighted. “The most delicious food I’ve had in a long time and at a very reasonable price for where they’re situated. I needed something to eat whilst staying in my hotel and it was between this place and the M&S Simply Food in the BP across the road. I am so happy I chose this place! I bought the Turkish Kebab Wrap and a bag of pakoras, they were both divine. The pakoras were the size of my fist almost and there were four of them. The wrap came with sumac, bell pepper, red onion, herbs and spices and it was so satiating and satisfying to eat. I also tried a rose flavoured Faluda drink to wash it all down and it was refreshing and smooth. The service was perfect, polite and swift. Truly a little gem of a place and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be paying a visit.”

“Proper truckers cafe. Huge parking lot full of lorries and in the middle stands the cafe . I have eaten breakfast here a number of times and every time it has been a great meal. This is in my opinion the best place for breakfast in the area so perfect if you are passing on the way to Heathrow.”

“Visited for my mine and my partners anniversary this evening and it was amazing! Upon arrival we were greeted with a happy and lovely manner. The gentleman who seated us (I believe he was the manager) was so welcoming and wished us a happy anniversary. As we got to the table there was a lovely card wishing us again a happy anniversary which was so nice, as they did not have to do that and it meant a lot to us. Once we were sat, a lovely young lady came to take our orders and she was very sweet and so attentive. Our food came swiftly and tasted delicious, I definitely recommend the homemade sausage roll for a starter. My partner had the whitebait which was huge! Overall would definitely recommend the black horse as everything was perfect :)”

They were very generous on the chutney and salad and the portion sizes were adequate. We had paneer which was absolutely yummy, butter chicken had a lovely spicy and sweet taste. “Very accommodating to allergies and a waiver form was provided which is reassuring when dining out. The manager who seated us was helpful with my request of sitting in a corner seat. No other pizza compares to this one. Really fresh and well made. Not over or under cooked. They’ve somehow managed to make it the perfect middle. I highly recommend them here! Make sure you get the garlic and herbs or honey and mustard to dip the pizza in, it takes the pizza to the next level! You guys really need to think to expand nationwide!”
