“Phenomenal for a Sunday roast. We got a cute little 6 seater private room to sit in outside. I had the lamb rump which was beautifully tender, some crisp roast potatoes and veggies with of course a Yorkie. They also have seating right by the river for a great view and the service was attentive and friendly!”

Do not be put off by the price if desserts, we had the chocolate sphere and it was worth every penny. Our host was lovely send really friendly. However having sat here for the last 15 mins watching the world go by I can see how much passion and love the employee/owner have for this place. Almost every customer that's walked in the door after me has been greeted by name and order known. It's very easy these days to find a reason to complain but I have none and I'll be visiting again next time I'm around the area.”

“Mumbai Square - Wednesday 9th November - 19:30 Entrance has a small step and the external and interior door are manual. Wednesday is banquet night so you get a starter, main and side dish for £15.95 but some dishes in the menu come with an additional cost; not all of us opted for the banquet special but I would definitely recommend it. Poppadom were brought out, nice, warm and fresh. Two of the guests had starters but at 20:50 we still didn’t have the main. I asked the waiter were the food was and he commented that persons had starters and the mains would be brought out when they finished “that’s how we do it here”. I do think they should read the room better as we had finished the starters and were waiting for the mains; if I hadn’t asked I think we would have still been waiting. Plates were hot as was the food. Food was plentiful and was very nice. I have been here before and would come again; overall a nice experience.”

“This place is actually so good. We tried it out on a whim, and it is miles better than the nearby KFC. While the menu doesn't have as much on it, the food is it fresh and really really hot. Highly recommend.”

I see there have been some negative reviews in the past but don’t let this put you off because the food and menu has greatly improved.
