“I cant recommend this little deli enough. The crusty rolls are just like what we used to get from the bakery when I was a kid with lots of filling. My daughter had the panini cheese and ham and she loved it and she got homemade lemon drizzle cake to go. Great little place for lunch we will definitely be regulars. “Initially was going to a different restaurant but it was closed and I was starving. As it was takeout only I got the spicy fish cake gimbap which was £5 and came as 6 well filled hand rolls. It was actually spicy and the flavours and texture were phenomenal. If I wasn’t an hour from home I would have ordered more. Will definitely find time to return and try out the other menu options. “I am usually not a fan of Soondae but this restaurant makes great ones! We came across this restaurant after some searching and boy are we glad we visited. The front of the place is a shop for prepare food for takeaways and there’s dining in the back. We ordered their Soondae, Soondae Guk (Soup), Galbi (Beef short rib) Tang, Fried Chicken Wing in Yangyeom sauce and original Fried Chicken Wings. Soondae was served over a bed of onions on a hot plate was amazing, not gamey. Soondae Guk was hearty (haha literally, because it had pieces of heart, lung and liver in it) really liked the liver. The fried chicken wings were crispy and juicy. Galbi Tang came with large chucks of short ribs. We left with happy bellies. Happy we’ve found this spot!”
