"Right I ordered in this shop for a while now it seems that management has changed . I ordered 3 items, had to wait 2 hours and it was on a Wednesday too! I received the food from a careless driver who was rude and impatient I opened my Chinese. Chicken balls had a rather flaky batter and was sweet for some reason, chips were burnt on the outside and frozen in the inside and egg fried rice had hairs inside. I tried to refund but the selfish manager did not give me consent to do so and the counter was some teenager who spoke like he got forced to do his job. This is the reason why this shop is losing competition by far. I would recommend wok n fish or wok express. Please spread awareness. Not only their food is bad but their counter is probably forced to do this job just to save money"
