“When entering creams Orpington I was absolutely amazed at how much option there was for dessert, I love the fact you can see all the food being made infront of you and you can see all the selection of ice cream on show at the front of the shop, after being seated we scanned a QR code on the wall and began to search through the massive selection of desert on offer, in the end I went for the cookie dough in the photo and could not had loved it anymore, I will definitely be going back and can’t wait.”

“Tried this place by accident as the place around the corner was not open as advertised. Delighted I did. It's a food van in the shopping centre car park. The queue for lunch was reassuringly long, and with good reason; the food was tasty and generously portioned. Curry goat was lovely, as well as the jerk chicken. It was served with jollof rice rather than rice and peas but that made a nice change. Really nice Owner too. If I'm in the area will be sure to pay him a visit again”

“Fantastic little find. Descended on this gem with a double buggy and 4 hot and hangry children ranging from 1 to 14 years old. Staff were friendly, food was really yummy, and great prices. All 5 of us were fed and had sufficient drinks on £37! Service is not included on the bill so make sure to bring some change. Staff definitely deserve it!”

“Amazing service from start to finish! We worked with The Mobile Coffee Bean a few weeks back at our largest company annual event. Everything from the original inquiry to the service and coffee on the day was 5 star. The Coffee Cart itself we had branded as part of a sponsorship package for one of our clients and they were delighted with the finish and professionalism from the Barista - Who even impressed our Google Client! “Amazing restaurant & a very high standard of food quality. I went with a friend and was met with lovely staff who make you feel very welcome and very attentive where needed. My family are from Corfu, Greece and I spent a lot of time there. The authentic flavours reminded me of being back! Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean (covid friendly). Plenty of Mediterranean food choices along with lovely wine & cocktails. We had complimentary pitta bread & tzatziki, grilled prawns with garlic, whole sea-bass and fillet of sea-bass! All absolutely delicious, highly recommend. One of the best restaurants in Orpington x”

Of course not, that’d be Sal’s Cafe in foots cray, but was it very nice with lovely and quick service, yes absolutely. In conclusion, I take myself very seriously when it comes to reviewing cafe’s and I’ve become infamous for my world renowned 1- Sal’s cafe rating system, and in the case of Ozzie’s Diner, they’re going to be taking away an 8, which is no doubt respectable. “Love this cafe. Plenty of room to sit and very comfortable chairs. Menus clear and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. Now to the main part. The lovely food. Every meal I've had here has been of the highest quality. Yet to find a cafe that offers such reasonably priced heavenly meals. One of the first restaurants I'm heading to after the lock down is reduced further. Keep safe people”

I did try a crafty cafe up the road last year who raised their prices somewhere between me ordering from the menu and having eaten a meal, since then I decided to stick to Star Cafe as they are honest. “Wow. This place is lovely. The staff are great. The prices are reasonable and the portions are HUGE! Took kids, hubby and mother. Kids all ordered different milkshakes and these were amazing. All ordered different food. (They do 3 sizes of burger, small (about hamburger size) 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound). The jacket potato was enormous. Cannot fault any of it. Will definitely be returning.”

“Friendly, helpful staff and delicious food, equals a good experience. Took a trip here with the family and quite impressed with some of the food on offer. The interior is cozy, and rustic and combined with the staff makes for an inviting and chilled environment. Starting with the bad, the drinks are a little on the small side and don't really match the price well and that's all. As for the food no complaints. My family tried the following starters calamari rings which where really good, fresh by the tastes of it and the batter was nice fluffy and crispy. Homous (my brother described as satisfying which paired well with the bread, which itself was delicious and made the humous even better), falafel (light and moist in the middle) and the lamb with almonds (also pretty nice). As for mains these where all really good, personally for someone like myself the portions could have been just a tad bigger, but as we came during the lunchtime and got these on offer they where worth the price tag. I myself tried the sea bass which was crispy on the outside but light and fluffy on the inside. My brother had the chicken minced kebab which was nice and you could tell it was flame grilled which gave that extra something. As for the parents I think they picked the real winner which was the lamb ribs, despite the slightly small portion was easily the tastiest thing on the table. Good seasoning and cooked just right on the grills these are what I recommend to a first time visitor. Overall a solid experience and worth dropping by.”

“A quaint little coffee shop in Petts Wood. Delicious coffee and a good selection of sweets or savouries. Lovely service. You order at the counter and they deliver to your table which is always nice. The toasted tea cake in particular was lovely and I must recommend it. Fair prices. About the same as the Costa down the road. Homely decor inside and a few seats outside. They have a doggy bowl of water outside which I always appreciate.”
