The staff advised me to use primer spray before applying the coloured spray which i would not have done so. Also, another staff who served me on a previous visit remembered me and he acknowledge me too. Love this kind of service so i will be visiting Leyland in Farringdon again and again.”

“My purchases with Bridgman have all been trouble free and prompt. Their products are easy to choose, from their online catalogue, showing beautiful scenes. Easy website ordering process too. Our metal/granite dining set is fabulous quality, still looks like new after a year in the elements. Classy and stylish design too. Our accessories purchases have also been of good quality, arrived promptly, with helpful deliverymen. It is a pleasure to deal with their staff on the phone when querying something ; in fact, my whole experience has been a positive one in every way. How often can you say that ! Thank you.”

“Spent the night in the hotel before flying off to Athens. There is a covered walk to Terminal 5. Maria the receptionist greeted us and was so welcoming, friendly and professional. We checked in and checked out fabulous room. King-size bed, shower cubicle and separate bath, towelling robes and slippers. Loads of extras, natural loofah scrub and Balmain toiletries. We had breakfast the next morning and there was everything you could wish for. Highly recommended. It's not cheap but a perfect way to start your holiday. View of runway, room very quiet.”

“Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes. I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.”

“Stayed at the Hyatt 4 years ago and it was perfect. Was in area (November 8th 22) so thought try the Hyatt. So happy I did, Very friendly staff, excellent service. Excellent room, exceptionally clean and quiet. Excellent food. Short bus or shuttle ride to the hotel. Highly recommend this Hotel.”

“The receptionists were exceptional and friendly, especially Cătălina and Jonathan. My family enjoyed Gary's hospitality and friendliness in the executive lounge. Being a Gold Hilton honour member has a few perks, one of which is complimentary breakfast, although this breakfast was worth every penny. First thing in the morning, seeing friendly faces and tasteful breakfast was the best start to the day each and every day we stayed. Our room was nice, clean and refreshed daily. If you’re visiting London for any reason, I highly recommend this hotel”

“The room was very spacious with nice modern decor. We had one issue with the hotel but it was address quickly and we received free breakfast for our stay. Staff always greeted us and was more than willing to help. This hotel is close to shops and is in a great location to explore and see all the wonderful views.”

“Had a lovely stay here recently in a twin double room. Hotel has a lot of character, looks the part for the area and is well located for local venues. Room was clean and tidy and well equipped with a decent size TV, room fridge and other expected amenities. Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.”

“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”

“Such a fantastic place to stay. Came for a Valentine's night away from kids and had such a nice time. The room was big, clean, and had all the expected amenities like soap, shampoo, coffee, tea etc. Place has so many quirky features including our room that had a skylight that looks up to the pavement in the street! It was still private, but just a sight idea of naughtiness makes it fun. Highly recommend.”

“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”

“Our stay at the capital hotel was perfect. Couldn’t not actually believe it, but you are literally 30 seconds walking distance from harrods. The hotel is Cosy and classy, the rooms are nice, the breakfast are is beautiful. Breakfast is super good, everything is fresh and tasty. Staff is nice and here to make your life nice and easy. Totally recommend this hotel, The price for value is nothing but perfect.”

Initial email was recieved and replied to immediately, it was actioned with 100% service, from checking parts in stock to organising engineer to promptly visit and fix problem. “You get chicken shish, rice, break, salad and a free piece of Turkish delight for only £9, it's ridiculously cheap for the portion sizes and quality of the food. The sutlac rice pudding is also really nice. Easily one of the best places to eat in Edmondon, great value for money.”
