"Dear Zippys, I was really shocked to hear about the latest review you received here and was so upset to see how sad it made you all feel. Its never nice when things like this happen especially when you'll put your heart and soul into this job but hey we cant satisfy everyone. However I just wanted to take this time to give a big big big shout to each and everyone one of you working there and I hope this brings a smile on your faces. To everyone reading this my older son was in Zippys from 10 months to 4 and half years old. Like every mother leaving their first born at nursery I too was very apprehensive. But he quickly settled in and had the biggest smile every time I picked him up. Working a full time job I had no time to spend with him but right from teaching him how to use cutlery, to reading, changing his clothes, potty training and the list can go on but its all thanks to Zippys he mastered alk this. They have helped shape him to a little young man and all because of their efforts his transition to school was so easy. So you can clearly see why I did not have second thoughts about my nursery choice for my 2nd son who has now been at Zippys for a year and will continue to stay there till its time for school. All I can say to all the staff there is we appreciate all the time, effort and energy you put in to give our kids the love and care they deserve and to make them feel at home. I can't thank you enough for all you do and I am sure its the same for all those many parents who send their kids to your nursery. I know you have always listened to feedback and reviews with open ears and made changes where necessary but I would not think even once about the last review you received because you did not deserve that one bit. Keep doing what your doing no improvements needed."

"Zippys is an excellent nursery with an exceptionally caring staff. My daughter started there when she was 9 months old and learnt so much there. They are very much child led and treat children as individuals. Very diligent with reports and procedures but not losing the personal touch. We are so sad to be leaving Zippys."

"Our daughter has just finished 3 very happy years at Zippys. Our main objective in choosing a nursery was that she was well cared for and enjoyed going each day which has certainly been our experience. All the staff have shown a keen interest in her personal development and wellbeing throughout her time there. We have also found the owners to be flexible and accommodating whenever we needed it. She has been able to participate in IT and music lessons run by external providers in addition to the usual daily activities and always seemed simulated and engaged when we collected her in the evening. She has also thoroughly enjoyed Steve’s cooking! We would be happy to recommend Zippys."

"Our daughter has been at Zippys since she was 9 months old after some bad experience we had with a different nursery, now she's 4 and going to reception class in few weeks. Our experience with Zippys over the years has be awesome. the management and staff are so friendly, supportive and caring and can go at length to meet the needs of our daughter as well as we parents. The atmosphere of the nursery feels nice and cosy. we have not had any issue which was not dealt with in a satisfactory way. Their cook is fantastic, the owner is doing a fantastic job in maintaining the good standard of the nursery. I will recommend them to any parents looking for a good caring and nurturing nursery unlike some of the big chains which is only big name ."

"Almost a year that my little girl is attending this nursery on a full time basis and I am happy to see her progress!!! She loves the nursery and all the staff there!!! She goes in with pleasure- made little friends there ! I can say that the nursery grows with it's children! They are ready to listen to any request/ feedback or complaint! Really like their professional and friendly attitude regarding the children! All the staff knows all the children's names- they always have something nice to say to them! They encourage children to be independent to learn and develop into little people meanwhile respecting every child's own special way! I can only recommend the nursery!
