"I have been coming to this clinic for a long time on and off and there is a receptionist who I no has been with the team for many years I think her name is denise she is absolutely amazing very friendly and professional with her response to questions regarding the meds and service, even when shes under pressure today I spoke with her on the phone due to closure for social distancing and again she was very polite and I thought what a lovely lady so I decided to leave her a review. Thank you"

"Got there at 13:00 which is 30 minutes before they close for one hour. Dropped in to see someone for a short consultation. Found a “doctor” sitting there doing nothing who said he was too busy to see me. Don’t bother the “doctor” is heavily overweight anyway so it’s obviously not a good option. Go somewhere better. Save yourself the trouble."

"After hearing a great review about the clinic I thought I would contact them about making an appoitment. I was advised no appoitment required just turn up. Today I drove the 1.5 to get to the appoitment to be told... "I should have contacted the clinic as too many people have turned up" when asked to speak to the manager I was advised I can not do this till Tuesday, then the woman advised she had to go as people in the clinic required her. 3 hour pointless round trip! Waste of a bank holiday sunday"
