“Thursday Pilates class with Josie Kukor was great. This was my first time at Flow, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I am completely out of shape - but Josie was incredibly kind and helpful to get me started. There needs to be more instructors as warm as she is - makes everything so much easier. The dance studio is not pretentious and feels very much like “home”.”

“One of the best pole studios I've had the pleasure of trying. I live and train in NYC and got to come to 2 Exotica classes while on holiday in London, and let me tell you... I would move to this city just for this studio. The teachers are so wonderful and invested in our success. The space is open and bright. We all get our own pole too, which is a training game changer. “Edit; I did end up going in and it is a pretty incredible store. Multiple types of unicycles, skateboards, mini bikes, juggling equipment and fire spinning toys. There are kites, infinite bands and tons of other circus supplies and fun gadgets. Definitely check it out if you're in the area. Only walked by, but from what I saw there is everything you could need if you want to join a circus, including juggling supplies; sharp, on fire, and blunt. Long boards, skate boards and the things you need to customize them. I will hopefully be going back to the cambridge market to check this place out in more detail, but until then this is all I know.”

“My son & daughter have both been attending Suzanne's school of dance for the past 10 years. My son developed a love of acting thanks to the excellently taught Lamda classes whilst my daughter has gone from a shy young girl into a confident dancer and performer. This is down to the wonderful teachers that encourage and build confidence. Suzanne, her daughters Sophie, Rachel and Georgia and all of the other great teachers that work there are of the highest calibre.I can't recommend strongly enough for all aspects of performing, dancing and acting.”

“Louisa is a brilliant ballet teacher, as we know well from pre-lockdown days. Lessons during lockdown on Zoom have been a godsend for our family, engaging and developing our four year old, while giving her parents a bit of a break! We'd all prefer to be in the room of course, but Louisa's ability to make lots of little girls and boys enjoy and learn ballet, and completely forget that they are doing it on Zoom, is highly impressive. It' s the highlight of our Saturday and we are very grateful.”

“I really enjoyed the adult beginner class at the studio. I was a bit nervous as it was my first ballet class ever, but felt very at ease - the teacher was lovely, very patient and friendly. I enjoyed that we were a small group as well so she had time to look at our postures. I definitely would recommend this class.”

“Searchlight Community Centre is the home of Kingston Mencap, the leaseholders of the building. Searchlight is newly refurbished and has now become a hub of activities for people with learning disabilities. Hall and Meeting rooms are available for hire.”

“Kentish Town Community Centre is a place where everybody is warmly welcomed. Especially new neighbours in the area like me. Despite the entrance seems to be slighly hidden, the rooms inside are surprisingly spacious. It is a really nice place to give and attend all kind of classes, to know new people from your community and also to celebrate your own private parties!”

“Easily the best dance studios in London and probably the World. Have been sending dancers to classes here for over 20 years. Great friendly and edgy atmosphere. All studios with mirrirs, barre, sound systems and pianos. Varying sizes across 4 floors. Literally every type of dance class from beginners ballet and jazz to West end companies and reggaeton. Studios can be hired for very reasonable prices but they are busy. Classes range in price and you can join as a member. Highly recommended.”

I love the building, the staff are well informed, professional and hugely helpful and the facilities seem to cater well to the broad range of activity and performance provided by this characteristic and requisite studio in the charitable arts. “I got both my nostrils pierced by Maddie and she was amazing! Really talked me through the process and explained a lot. Constant making sure I was okay and felt fine. Maddie also gave me advice on my other existing piercings that had developed keloids. Keloids are almost impossible to get rid of yourself but Maddie gave me amazing advice and they have shrunk so much!
