“A few days before our holiday our cat had an accident and ended up with broken toes, I was so worried that Oakland's would not want to take her. Louise however was amazing and completely reassuring about looking after her, our cat probably received better care than being at home with us. The cat hotel is beautiful and very peaceful and after a stressful few days before our holiday we were able to go away with complete confidence that our little fur baby was being taken care off. Will always try to get her into Oakland's it's a lovely place.”

“Held my daughter's naming ceremony here and the service we received right from the first contact was brilliant. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient and always on hand when needed whilst giving us the space we needed to make the room our own . The food was really tasty with a great selection of sandwiches and savoury items. The cake was really yummy and there was plenty of it. There was plenty of tea and coffee too for all of our guests The room was clean bright and spacious and decorated beautifully with access to the outside patio and play area and we were able to bring our dog who enjoyed it as much as we did. I would really recommend hiring the room for your function as the staff made the whole process as pleasurable and stress free as possible leaving us time to enjoy our daughters special day. “Professional value service. Would recommend. I came in to get my interior car light fixed. Someone quickly checked the problem and provided me with a quote and suggested i should get back in a couple hours. a couple hours later the issue with the light was bigger than expected, and they had to spend more time finding the solution. The car ended up staying overnight, and the early morning the next day i got a call. Car fixed and initial quoted price didn't change. For contect I also looked clueless to anything to do with cars and they didn't use that to bump the prices! honest people.”
