After being recommended to Mike I was a little unsure but I have to say I now am an advocate for professional and competent therapists! He really put me at ease and gave me simple but helpful techniques to help ease the anxiety, and after a few chats with him I felt much more relaxed and I found I was able to manage my anxiety with confidence! I am now on a good path and regularly listen to his recordings when I am feeling low. I cannot recommend a different therapist because after seeing several he really was the best one I have come across.”

“Was visiting from NY and after a few days in London developed a horrible sore throat which turned out to be simultaneously strep throat and tonsillitis, truly awful stuff. I called this urgent care center and the receptionist said I could come in right away to be seen. The check-in process was quick and easy. The wait, while unbearable at the time, was in hindsight a reasonable amount of time - less than an hour. I first saw a nurse and then the doctor, who admittedly lacked bedside manner and was obvious in his attempts to keep the encounter at brief as possible. Though again, a fair expectation for urgent care. I received a diagnosis and prescription immediately. Furthermore, I could not believe that in total, the visit, exam, and medication was... wait for it... 8£!! Are you kidding me? Amazing. So cheap I didn’t even bother to use the travel insurance I had. Maybe my standards (read: American healthcare) are abysmally low, or maybe this place really is as great as I perceived it to be. Either way they deserve a solid 5 stars in my book.”

“I booked the PCR day 2 arrival test with same day result between 5-9PM. Arrived at the place 30 minutes before my appointment, they took me earlier without any issues and the results arrived at around 8 just like they promised. Kind stuff and everything perfect. If I ever need a PCR again I will 100% do it here.”

“I don’t know why this GP has not got 5 * reviews, probably because of they couldn’t help much because of pandemic or patients has misjudged them. I just joined this GP a year ago as I moved in Uxbridge. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Over the time me and my wife spoke with receptionist and GP so many times regarding us and our little 6 months old son. The service we have received so far is beyond our expectations. They always ready to help as much as they can from their side. Very happy with all staffs, services and care. I saw Dr Shaikh last time and spoke with Dr Garsin last. “There are bad reviews about this surgery but I would like to sing their praises. I went to the surgery today with my daughter who had a flu jab at 8.00a.m. My appointment was 1.00p.m. but Doctor Eliad was prepared for me to have my vaccination early, due to being with my Daughter. Whilst I was there an elderly gentleman needed a prescription, he was told to go to the pharmacist and explain that he needed an urgent prescription. The gentleman explained to Doctor Eliad that the pharmacist is not normally helpful. Doctor Eliad said he would put the computer on specially to send a prescription through to the pharmacist. That is what I call “going beyond the call of duty, on a Saturday. Thank you Garston Medical Centre.”

“I had been registered with them for years and have never had any issues booking appointments. You have to ring first thing in the morning for appointments. Due to COVID, they had been offering telephone appointments and these days offer both face to face and over the phone to suit patients needs. Competent doctors and ladies at the reception are very friendly.”
